About RLC-PLI
RLS Law Center is a law firm based in Bacoor City, Cavite. Formerly known as Ramayrat Legal Services, the firm grew to include Junior Associates and Partners led by esteemed San Beda College Alabang alumni Atty. Noel A. Ramayrat whose law career spans more than 40 years. This firm is known for its expertise in litigation, property law, corporate law, intellectual property, and US immigration consultancy.
It was a long-time dream to build a paralegal training facility since there was a need to train non-lawyers assisting in the legal needs of different sectors of the community like, Non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), local government units (LGU’s), persons deprived of liberty (PDL’s), etc. In the Philippines, paralegal practitioners are considered lowly admin assistants of lawyers who lack the credentials and authority to assist clients. RLS Law Center believes that with the proper training, paralegals can improve their competence in the field, thus improving their professional recognition.

About the Program
Our Paralegal Certification Program can take 1 to 3 months, covering 12 Modules three hours each, a total of 94 training hours. This excludes the estimated hours to be spent by the trainee for the assignment/tasks for practical applications of learnings and the corresponding performance assessment tools. We coordinate with Program Partners to bring this program to more aspiring paralegals.
