RLS Law Center was founded by Attorney Noel A. Ramayrat who have been in practice for over a decade. Generally, the practice of law is to give notice or tender any kind of service, which device or service requires the use in any degree of legal knowledge or skill. [Cayetano v Monsod, 201 SCRA 210 (1991)]. As a juridical entity, RLS Law Center is a legal service provider to clients that need legal representation in civil, criminal, administrative cases, business transactions and other matters in which legal assistance are sought. Through RLS Law Center’s circle of attorneys at law, it evolved as a center engaged in legal education projects and legal training activities, providing lectures to students and professionals about various aspects and intricacies of the law. Towards this end, it has set up local branches and interconnective network using media platforms both domestic and international to promote its legal services.

Atty. Noel A. Ramayrat is the founder and CEO of RLS Law Center. This esteemed lawyer took his undergrad at the University of Sto. Tomas and his Bachelor of Laws at the San Beda University Mendiola. He was a former law professor at the University of the East-College of Law and San Beda University and a former associate professor at the University of the East and La Consolacion College. Presently, he is the Executive Director of RLS Paralegal Learning Institute while holding other designations such as:
- Chief Legal Counsel of the Legal and Amelioration Department, Bureau of Rural Workers at DOLE
- General Counsel for JR 18 Security Agency and Helping Hand Development Cooperative
- Secretary General of the National Senior Citizens Affairs, Inc. (NSCA)
- Legal Administrator of the Labor and Immigration Consulting Group in California, USA. In addition to all of his accomplishments, he is also the co-founder of the Lambda Rho Fraternity and a valued member of the Rotary Club.

Atty Aristotle Valera is a highly motivated and respected lawyer from Makati. He graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology, then proceeded to Bachelor of Laws at the San Beda College of Law in Mendiola. Afterward, he took his Masters in Political Economy at the University of Asia and Pacific and is currently taking up his Master of Laws degree at San Beda University. Presently, he is a Managing Partner at Caluya Valera Montero & Balitaan Law Office while being a Part-time Law Professor at different prestigious schools. His over 19 years of proven experience in various fields of law plus his excellent skills and dedication makes him an invaluable member of the profession and the society.
Atty Wilson A. Legaspi is a man destined for academic life. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and decided to pursue his higher studies as a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws, all of which at New Era University. Presently, he is taking up Doctor of Civil Law at the University of Sto. Tomas Graduate School of Law. This honorable gentleman holds a number of titles under his name. He is a former Assistant Dean, Law Professor, Book Author, Bar Reviewer, Private Law Practitioner, Trained Commercial Arbitrator, Accredited File Counsel and Investigating Commissioner of the Committee on Bar Discipline. In addition to his long list of achievements mentioned, he is also a highly regarded member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-PPLM Chapter, Philippine Dispute Resolution Inc., and the Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioner, Inc.

This well-rounded gentleman took his undergrad at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran and finished his Bachelor of Laws at the Lyceum of the Philippines University. His expertise in the legal profession are Negotiation, Dispute Resolution, Family Law and Property Law, which came about with his more than 10 years in practice, as well as his employment with a prestigious and distinguished Legal 500 firm in the Philippines.

Shammarie Del Rosario is a brilliant lawyer from Laguna. She graduated from Adamson University with a degree in Political Science, then finished her Bachelor of Law and Letters at the Philippine Law School. Her further education was Corporate Investigation and Intelligence Course at the Philippine Investigation and Forensic Science Academy and Data Protection Officer at the University of the Philippines. Currently, she is the Senior Legal Consultant and Owner of SSDR CONSULTANCY AND LIAISON SERVICES / MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Legal Consultant of Laguna Bel Air Homeowners Association, Philkor Dynamics Solutions and Sourcing Industry and Smile Hero Dental Clinic as well as being the Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of HARD DISCOUNT PHILIPPINES, INC (under the business name of DALI EVERYDAY GROCERY).
Amihan Creencia-Tan
Miss Amihan Creencia-Tan is a well-respected English educator. She graduated with an English Major degree at National Teacher’s College and took up her Master of Arts in Education at the Cavite State University in Indang, Cavite. Currently, she is a Freelance Accredited Real Estate Agent and a Trainer at Rarejob, Inc. Her past designations were being a Principal and English Instructors of different reputable schools in Cavite. She received several awards and recognitions for attending and/or being a resource speaker on various occasions. Apart from these, Miss Amihan also attended numerous trainings and seminars in her respective field which contributed to her being a well-regarded member of the academe.
