Attorney Noel A. Ramayrat has an impressive educational and professional background that has solidified his reputation as a prominent legal expert. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the East, followed by a Bachelor of Law degree from San Beda College. Additionally, he has pursued MBA units at the University of the East, further expanding his knowledge and expertise.
He is the current Executive Director Paralegal Learning Institute (PLI), the Managing Director of RLS Law Center, General Counsel for JR 18 Security Agency and Helping Hand Development Cooperative. He is also the Secretary General of National Senior Citizens Affairs, Inc. (NSCA).
He also worked in the academe as a Professor at the University of the East College of Law, UE, and La Consolacion College. He also worked in DOLE as Chief Legal Counsel Legal and Amelioration Department in the Bureau of Rural Workers. In the US, he became Legal Administrator of Labor and Immigration Consulting Group which is based in California.
Atty. Ramayrat is also the Co-founder of Lambda Rho Beta Fraternity San Beda University College of Law and a distinguished member of the Rotary Club of Las Pinas City.
